Your account

  • Updating your contact details updates the team contact directory
  • Invite friends and colleagues to become members
  • Change your password at any time
  • Track invited friend statistics
  • Manage your user preferences: default calendar view, default calendar view times, etc.

Your family

  • Manage all aspects of your family including contact details and addresses
  • Name your family
  • Track your current point total
  • Include details about your children, their ages and special medical needs.
  • Prioritised emergency contact details for you and as many nominated adults as you require, automatically provided to the sitter
  • Integrated authorisation for medial treatment
  • The ability to have more than one family member that can book and accept sits

Your Team (Coop)

  • Name your team
  • View the active family membership list
  • Review and approve team membership applications
  • Each team has a default set of rules that can be changed by the families in the team
  • Automatic management and adherence to the rules
  • Set the maximum number of families in the team
  • Decide whether to accept sick children
  • Set starting points for each family
  • Set minimum points required to request a sit
  • Set the number of members who must vouch for a new family
  • Set whether the team is open for new families to join
  • Set point values for babysitting, pet sitting and house-sitting
  • Set point values by time of day and day of week
  • Suggest changes to the rules and have the update process managed automatically

Service Requests

  • Ability to add new types of service to your team
  • Request any of the services in your team
  • Include some or all children (if applicable)
  • Decide which families (some or all) will receive your request
  • Rate and provide comments for each family after the service is completed
  • View ratings and current point values when deciding which families will receive your request.
  • Check the point cost before requesting the service
  • Automatically sends an email request to each member in the selected families to request the sit
  • View all unaccepted sit requests
  • Accept or refuse individual service requests
  • Notification when your service request has been accepted
  • Notification if all invited families have refused the service request
  • Ability to change the service request once it's accepted and automatically notify the provider
  • Ability to cancel the service request once it's accepted and automatically notify the provider
  • Ability for service provider to cancel an accepted service request and have you automatically notified
  • Generate a comprehensive report for the service provider with details of emergency contact details, times, addresses, children and medical authorisation status
  • Ability to cancel a service request that, for whatever reason, never happened and have no points transfer
  • Ability to change the times and children in a service request after the service happens if something changes at the last minute.
  • Service detail changes have to be agreed between the provider and you before they can be accepted and the points transferred.
  • Rate the other family's performance in the service and provide feedback comments.
  • Accept the service and have the points automatically transferred between the families
  • Review your entire service history, points transferred and families involved

Calendar

  • Month, week, day calendar view that includes services (requested and accepted) and events
  • Filter calendar view by family, person or child involved
  • Add non-service related events like appointments or sports events for any person or child in the family.
  • Invite members of your team to an event and have them automatically notified via email
  • Invited team members can confirm or reject an appointment
  • View event attendees and see who has confirmed or rejected the event request
  • Print the calendar week view to see what is happening for the entire week
