Approving a Request from a Volunteer Organisation

As a Supplier organisation administrator you will occasionally receive link requests from Volunteer organisations that wish to be an approved volunteer organisation.  Setting up a link to a Volunteer organisation allows your employees to view and apply to become members of their teams.

What to do if you receive a request?

If you receive a request simply go to the Approved Volunteer Organisations page under My Company on HelpingHero.

Team

This link will redirect you to the list of teams for this volunteer organisation.

Sever

Selecting this item will sever the link between your organisation and this volunteer organisation.  Any of your staff who are members of Volunteer teams for this organisation will remain so but you will not longer be able to report on the tasks they are undertaking and they will no longer be able to accept a task as an employee of your organisation.

The administration staff at the Volunteer organisation will be informed of your decision.

Approve

By approving the request you are creating a link between your organisation and the volunteer organisation.  At that time your employees will be able to search for and apply to HelpingHero teams run by this volunteer organisation.

The administration staff at the Volunteer organisation will be informed of your decision.

Reject

By approving the request you are creating a link between your organisation and the volunteer organisation.  At that time your employees will be able to search for and apply to HelpingHero teams run by this volunteer organisation.

The administration staff at the Volunteer organisation will be informed of your decision.
