Why do I need a Family on HelpingHero?

A Family is composed of HelpingHero members who are related in some way. A Family can be as small as one person or as large as you required.

Generally a Family will consist of the people living at the same address, but this is not a requirement.

The Family is important in HelpingHero because it is at the Family level that points are traded. So if you perform a a service for another person the points are transferred between their family and your family.

Even if you want to use HelpingHero for just yourself you need to register a family so you can swap points with other families.
