Family Contact List

This list provides contact details for the adult members of your family and is provided to your HelpingHero team members when they perform a service for you.

There are two types of contacts:

Members

These are family members like yourself who have login access to HelpingHero. You can invite new Members into your family by selecting the "Invite Member" button.

Contacts

Unlike you, these family members do not have access to the HelpingHero system. You should add other families members to this list so that in the event of an emergency your HelpingHero Team members will have a full range of contact information for your family. Also, at a later time and if you want to, you can easily upgrade these Contacts to be Members with their own login to HelpingHero.

The order of the list is important as this order is used in reports to inform other team members as to the order they should contact family members in the event of an emergency. You can move a Member or Contact up the list by using the "^" link.
