Q: What is the difference between HelpingHero and a babysitting service?

HelpingHero is not a babysitting service but we do provide an administration function for a babysitting co-op. That is where the members swap service with each other at no charge. HelpingHero is a co-op management service that makes the requesting and giving of community help easy to mange.
