This page allows you to manage the authority level required to perform different HelpingHero tasks for this team. As Team Owner only you can change these authority levels. To make a change simply selecting the "Edit" button and the "Update" button.

Description

Accept Team Member

Accept an application by a team member for this team.  There are two ways that people can become members of the team:

1. You can invite them to be a team member.  Use the "Invite New Team Members" item from the My Team / Manage Team page.

2. They can apply to your team using the team search functions.  If they use this method you will receive an email from us letting you know that they have applied.  You can then accept or reject their application.

Add Event

The ability to add a new event to the system along with service requests.

Approve Service Type

The ability to approve a person to use a service type, i.e. a service type that has "Approval Required".

Delete Event

The ability to delete an event from the system along with the associated service requests.

Email Team Admin

The ability to send an email to all of the team members who are designated as Team Administrators.

Email Team Manager

The ability to send an email to all of the team members who are designated as Team Managers.

Email Team Members

The ability to send an email to all of the team members who are Team Members.

Invite Team Admin

The ability to invite team members to become Team Administrators.

Invite Team Manager

The ability to invite team members to become Team Managers.

Invite Team Member

The ability to invite people to become team members.  Use the "Invite New Team Members" item from the My Team / Manage Team page.

Invite Team Owner

Ask another team member to become the Team Owner for this team.  There must always be a Team Owner for the team so if you wish to resign this position you must first transfer it to another member.

Manage Service Types

The ability to add, delete, modify and set the approval required setting for service types for this team.  See Team Overview for more details.

Manage Team Address

The ability to manage the details of the team address.

Manage Team Description

The ability to manage the details of the team description.

Modify Event

The ability to modify and event and its service requests.

Revoke Team Admin

The ability to revoke the team administrator role from a member.

Revoke Team Manager

The ability to revoke the team manager role from a member.

Revoke Team Membership

The ability to remove a team member from the team.

View Team Members List

The ability to view the entire list of team members.
