As an administrator for your organization you are able to update and maintain your organization information from teh My Company page.

Organisation Summary

By using the Edit button you will be presented with the ability to edit a range of organization specific information.

Organisation Name

The public name for your organization

Type

The choice is between Volunteer and Supplier

Show in Public Directory

You can choose whether your organization is listed in the publicly viewable list of organizations.

Organisation Purpose

A short (100 characters) description of your organization that is used in a number of places.

Organisation Summary

A longer description (unlimited) of your organization.

Contact Name

A single, central point of contact for other members wishing to get in contact with your organization.

Contact Email

The email address of your central point of contact.

Show Join Instructions

When members want to apply to be an employee you can choose whether to show them some joining instructions -- this checkbox indicates whether those instructions should be shown.

Join Instructions

The join instructions are shown when a member applies to be an employee of your organization.  The instructions can include any text that you like, can also be formatted and included links to other webpages, e.g. a page on your corporate intranet.

Service Request Disclaimer

This text is presented to employees every time they accept a service request for an approved volunteer organization.  Use this text if your organisation wants to limit what services employees are allowed to undertake for volunteer organizations.
