Action
The last column of the table allows you to take three different actions:
Approve
Allows you to approve a request by a Team Owner to link their team to your volunteer organisation. When you select this link you will be presented with the page below. You are then able to enter some text that will be included in your automatic email approval notice to the team owner.
When you return to the Our Volunteer Teams page you will see that the team has changed status.
Reject
Allows you to reject a request by a Team Owner to link their team to your volunteer organisation. When you select this link you will be presented with the page below. You are then able to enter some text that will be included in your automatic email rejection notice to the team owner.
When you return to the Our Volunteer Teams page you will see that the team has been removed from the list.
Resign
Allows you to break an existing link between your organisation and a team. When you select this link you will be presented with the page below. You are then able to enter some text that will be included in your automatic email notification of the break to the team owner.
When you return to the Our Volunteer Teams page you will see that the team has been removed from the list.
