This page allows you to view and action the service requests that other team members have made to you. It has three sections. This section shows the services that have been requested of you but which you have not yet accepted or refused. It allows you to accept, refuse or view the details of each service request. Details: Shows an overview of the service request. Accept: Indicates that you are willing to perform this service request. When you accept a service request it will move to your Accepted services list, see below Refuse: If you refuse the service request it will be removed from your list. The person that requested the service will be be able to see that you have refused to perform the service when they view the details of the service request. Accept as Employee: If you profile indicates that you are an employee of a corporate organisation and the service is being requested by a Volunteer team that is linked to your employer, you are able to accept the service request as an employee. Employers are able to report on services performed by their employees. If a request has been made to your entire family then anyone in the family can accept the service request. If it was made to you, only you can accept the request.
This section shows the services that you have agreed to perform but are still be be performed in the future. It allows you to cancel your acceptance, view a report on the service request or view the details of the service request. Report: This provides information on the service request such as emergency contact details and other important information. You may wish to print this out and take it with you when you perform the service. Details: Shows an overview of the service request. Cancel: You can cancel your acceptance of a service request any time up until it is actually scheduled to be performed. When you cancel in this way the person that requested the service will be informed by email that you can no longer perform the service request. Note that only services requested that you have personally accepted will be listed here.
This last section shows the service requests that you have accepted that should have been performed by this time. It allows you to complete the service request and gain the points for the service. Complete: Before the points can be transferred for performing a service it must be Completed by both the person who requested the service and the person who agreed to perform the service. By selecting Complete you start or finish the Complete process and initiate the transfer of points. Cancel: Allows you to cancel a service request that did not proceed.
