This page allows you to view and action the service requests that you have made to other team members.
Authority Levels
Volunteer Teams
Depending on your role in the team and the way that the team authorities you will be shown those service requests which you have the authority to modify or delete.
Co-operative Teams
In Co-operative teams you will be shown all of those service requests that you or your family have made.
Requested
This section includes the services that you have requested but which have not yet accepted or rejected. It allows you to change, cancel or view the details of each service request.
Details: Shows an overview of the service request.
Change: Allows you to change the details of the service request.
Cancel: Allows you to cancel a service request.
Accepted
This section includes the services that have been accepted your team members but are still be be performed in the future. It allows you to cancel the service request, change or view the details of each service request.
Details: Shows an overview of the service request.
Change: Allows you to change the details of the service request.
Cancel: Allows you to cancel a service request.
Due
This last section shows the service requests that you have accepted that should have been performed by this time. It allows you to complete the service request and transfer the points for the service.
Complete: Before the points can be transferred for performing a service it must be Completed by both the person who requested the service and the person who agreed to perform the service. By selecting Complete you start or finish the Complete process and initiate the transfer of points.
Cancel: Allows you to cancel a service request that did not proceed.
