Co-operative teams

Co-operative teams are groups of families that share services like babysitting, pet sitting between each other. When a family does a task for another family the system transfers points between them.

If you want this team to be a babysitting co-op or similar type of role then you should choose this option.

Volunteer teams

Volunteer teams are also groups of families but instead of sharing services between each other there is a team management approach where one or more coordinators manage the services in the team. Points are not swapped between team members but tracked as a whole.

If you are a volunteer manager at a not for profit organisation, managing or coaching your local sports team or other similar group then this is the team type for you.
